Our Scheduled Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance Plan ensures that your air conditioners are running smoothly throughout the year. We undertake a major service as well as minor services during the tenure of the contract and cover both indoor and outdoor units. Our scope includes but is not limited to:

• Cleaning of Indoor and Outdoor units, Air filters, Indoor Coil and Condenser coils to ensure better indoor Air quality
• Pre-emptive checking for abnormal sounds/problems, Short-fall of refrigerants, Suction and Discharge pressure of compressors, Fan motors functioning, Loosening of power and control wiring, Any Blockages in drier core etc.

REPLACEMENT

We recommend you to get rid of that outdated air conditioning equipment and replace it with the energy-efficient models. We cater to our customers’ need for replacement by removing old units and installing the new ones. We also replace refrigerants and other spare parts in case of break downs.

• • We will inspect and analyse the working of existing equipment and make detailed observations on parameters like Checking of AC motors like Fans, Belts, Motors
    in order to ensure that the AC Motor is able to perform well and efficiently. Team Al Assala will carry out an extensive assessment of its parts to get rid of all kinds of vibration and noise coming from the same. As per the needs, the lubrication of fan motors and fan bearings also being done, which will reduce the rate of wear and tear and enhance the life of the entire system. Only top-quality lubricating materials are used to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.
  • Our team will also do the checking of temperature in the rooms with the intention of assuring excellent and uncompromised performance of the entire air-conditioning system. Using effective technology, it is always made certain that the temperature of the room is in tune with the system.
  • After the detailed study of data and site condition, our expert will recommend whether to go for whole unit replacement or only replace parts like Compressor, Condenser Coil, Evaporator Coil or any other.
